COVID19 health measures and cancellation policies

In Mexadventure we are aware of the difficulties that COVID-19 has posed to travelers. Therefore, we are offering flexible cancellation policies and implementing sanitary measures suggested by the Mexican government and the World Health Organization to protect our customers and our staff. Some of the sanitary measures and booking policies we are taking in our trips are:

Cancellation policies

  • Customers can make cancellations two weeks before the travel date and the money they had payed can be used for any other trip at any other day we offer. 

Healthy measures

  • For our staff
    • Before working, every member of our staff will be inspected and if they have symptoms related to COVID-19, they will be sent to the nearest medical center. 
  • Shuttle bus
    • The shuttle bus will be cleaned and desinfected before and after passengers board. 
    • The shuttle bus will be ventilated when not occupied by passengers. 
    • Each passenger will fill a questionnaire and his/her temperature will be taken. If the passenger has symptoms related to COVID-19, the access to the shuttle bus will be denied and he/she will be sent to the nearest medical center.
    • Some seats will not be occupied by passegners so that they can keep a safe distance between them. 
    • All passegners must wear a mask during the trip
    • Do not share objects such as magazines, books or documents that could facilitate the transmission of COVID-19 
    • Keep the bus ventilation on during the trip
  • Staff
    • Our staff will use masks during the trip
  • Rooms
    • Rooms will be cleaned and sanitized every time they are occupied by new guests.
    • Every room will be sanitized and cleaned every day during the stay of the guests.
